What is Leonida, the state where GTA VI takes place
2026-08-20
Grand Theft Auto VI does not take place in Vice City alone. The city is the core of Leonida, a fictional state inspired by Florida that also includes stretches of coast, Everglades-style wetlands and an archipelago reminiscent of the Florida Keys. The official material published by Rockstar has shown beaches, swamps, residential developments and rural areas, pointing to a considerably more varied map than in previous entries. Check the interactive map on this site to see the areas confirmed so far.
