Which one is worth it?
The honest answer is that nobody can tell you yet, including us. The Ultimate edition costs $20 more for extra vehicles, gear, businesses and missions, but Rockstar has not detailed how much content that actually is. Until the game is out, no one can judge whether it is worth the difference.
What we can say: the Standard edition contains the complete game and the full story. Nothing essential is locked behind the Ultimate edition.
Pre-orders are not open. Rockstar Games has announced dates and prices but has not opened pre-orders. Any site charging you to reserve GTA 6 or selling you a key today is, at best, questionable. See rumors.
Will the price change?
These are the announced prices for the United States. Regional pricing is set by each storefront and may differ. If Rockstar announces changes, we will update this page and send it to the alerts list.
