GTA 6 on PC
There is no announced PC version. Rockstar Games has confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. PC has not been mentioned in any official communication: no version, no date, no system requirements.
What the series' history suggests
This is the only solid basis for an expectation. Rockstar has consistently released its major games on consoles first and brought them to PC later:
| Game | Consoles | PC | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grand Theft Auto V | September 2013 | April 2015 | about 19 months |
| Red Dead Redemption 2 | October 2018 | November 2019 | about 13 months |
That is a pattern, not a promise. It says nothing certain about GTA 6, and Rockstar has never committed to repeating it.
System requirements
They do not exist yet. System requirements are published by the developer when a PC version is announced. Since there is no announced PC version, any specification list you find today was made up. Treat pages showing exact CPU and GPU requirements for GTA 6 on PC as unreliable across the board.
What we will do here
- Publish the announcement the day Rockstar Games makes it.
- Add the real system requirements when they are official.
- Cover storefronts, pricing and performance once there is something to cover.
You can get an alert the day that happens on the alerts page.
